The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of mandamus directing the respondent to register the 2nd appeal dated 01.01.2014 and conduct enquiry and consequently directing the respondent to pass order to the 1st appellate authority and the public information officer under the RTI Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, I direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the second Appeal dated 01.1.2014 made by the petitioner, after conducting enquiry, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
