For Petitioner(s) : Mr.P.Chandrasekar for petitioner in all Contempt Petitions Contempt Petitions COMMON ORDER When the contempt petitions were taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this court that writ appeals preferred in W.A.Nos.1981, 1982 and 1983 of 2023 as against the interim orders of stay have been disposed of by a Division Bench (First Bench) of this Court on 31.07.2023 with a request to this court to consider the writ petitions as expeditiously as possible. The first bench in its order further observed that the parties would be governed by the final orders passed in the writ petition.

2. In the Writ Appeals, it is seen from the order of the Division Bench, that the petitioners themselves submitted that in case the writ petitions are dismissed, they would not claim salary for the period from the date when they attained the age of 58 years.

3. In view of the above, this court finds no justification to entertain the contempt petitions and the same are, therefore, closed accordingly. 11..08..2023 Index : yes / no
