This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.12.2022 and to grant patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.Heard Ms.V.Suguna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner is claiming her right over the subject property by virtue of the registered Sale Deed dated 08.09.2020 executed by one Sivagami. Already patta was granted in the name of Sivagami for the subject property. The petitioner made an online application seeking for patta in her name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and after going through the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the online application dated 21.12.2022 and pass 2/4

orders on the issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law. This process shall be completed by the respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
