ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2014 and to grant 'Notional Promotion' to the petitioner as 'Block Development Officer' as on 18.11.2005 with consequential retirement benefits within a stipulated time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the judgment of this Court in W.A.(MD)Nos. 315 of 2010 etc.batch, dated 27.04.2011, and submitted that the representation of the petitioner has to be considered in the light of the said judgment.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent also submitted that the authorities have to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2014 in the light of the aforesaid judgment of this Court. 4.In view of the above submissions made, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 12.03.2014 made by the petitioner in accordance with law, in the light of the judgment of this Court rendered in W.A. (MD)Nos. 315 of 2010 etc.batch, dated 27.04.2011, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
