Writ petitions have been filed seeking for issuance of mandamus directing the second respondent to expeditiously dispose of the petitioners appeal dated 21.3.2013 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioners, I direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the Appeal dated 21.3.2015 filed by the petitioners, after hearing the parties, including the persons, who are likely to be affected by the order to be passed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be disturbed till the disposal of the appeal dated 21.3.2013. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
