Ms.N.Premalatha, learned counsel for writ petitioner, after some arguments sought permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition, but made a further plea to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with same/similar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer. This situation emerged as the writ petitioner's agreement with TASMAC, which is pivotal and sheet anchor if at all and if that be so, has not been filed by writ petitioner. Request acceded to.

2. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also closed.
