O R D E R

This petition is filed by the revision petitioner praying to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.49 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.245 of 2015.

2. Since the scope of the present revision petition is very limited, notice to respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the number of adjournments granted by the Execution Court. He further contended that the order of eviction was passed against the tenant as early as 27.07.2016 and delivery was also ordered on 19.07.2018. However, till date, E.P.No.49 of 2016 is kept pending without any progress.

4. A perusal of the notes paper in E.P.No.49 of 2016 shows that several adjournments were granted for recording delivery of possession.

5. The learned Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of E.A.No.247 of 2018 and E.P.No.49 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
