ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against to the above village Kattapanchayat/Kangaroo Court consisting of respondents 5 to 11 and others for imposing village Ex Communication,banishment and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family based on petitioners representation dated 21.04.2026. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 11 herein and conduct enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2026 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
