The writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 25.2.2015 in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, I direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.2.2015, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the concerned parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
