ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner's resort viz., Radisson Blu Temple Bay at Mamallapuram Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) in his status report has contended that the police have been sending police beats regularly to the resort area, to avoid any untoward incident. It is relevant to point out that the present petition was filed in the year 2013 and in view of the status report filed by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
