This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners herein as Legal heirs of the deceased Kaliyaperumal, sole respondent in the appeal and array them as respondents 2 to 5 in the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
