O R D E R

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.149 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Ponneri to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The wife is a resident of Perungulathur. The husband is a resident of Thiruvottriyur. Both are outside the jurisdiction of the Family Court at Chennai.

2.However, considering the convenience of the parties, HMOP.No.149 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Ponneri is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Tambaram to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law.

3.This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
