Prayer in WP.No.9568/2015:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.J3/20470/2014 dated 16.10.2014 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete the B.Ed course in regular, treating the leave period from 01.10.2014 to 31.05.2015 as extraordinary leave.
