We have heard Mr.G.Ethirajulu, learned counsel for the applicants;

Mr.C.Praksam, learned counsel for the writ petitioner; and, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the official respondents.

These applications have been filed by the applicants to implead themselves as party respondents in the writ petition.

We have already disposed of the writ petition. The applicants in the applications have filed an appeal. They may prosecute the appeal before the District Collector as may be permissible under law.

In view of the above, the applications stand disposed of.
