ORDER

The petitioner is wife of deceased N.Kamalakkannan who died on 08.02.2020 while working as Physical Education Teacher in the second respondent School.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 20.04.2021 with the second respondent asking to release balance 50% of the terminal benefits to her.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the first and second respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed based on the representation dated 20.04.2021 of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.04.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
