2. When the matter is taken up for today, Mr. A. Damodaran, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026 is pending before the respondents. In this regard, they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order after enquiry.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
