O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2018, wherein, the petitioner has sought for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belonged to his mother and she executed a Will dated 1.10.2018 and bequeathed the property in favour of the petitioner. The further case of the petitioner is that he applied for a patta before the 3rd respondent on 11.12.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation has not been considered and left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner can submit an onine application to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent will consider the same and pass orders within the time fixed by this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application to the 3rd respondent seeking for patta. The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application. The petitioner immediately on submitting the online application, shall also make a representation to the 3rd respondent along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
