Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action as against the respondents 5 to 13 herin for illegal quarrying and supply of gravel/earth for the Railway Work of laying Villupuram-Chengalpattu doubling line from the year 2008 till now without obtaining valid permit front the respondents 3 and 4 herein as per the Section 36(a) of Mines and Minerals Act 1959.
