ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent police to hand over the key of the property to the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police conducted an enquiry based on the complaint taken on file in C.S.R.No.191 of 2019 and found https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the case is civil in nature and therefore the complaint was closed on 26.06.2019 and directed the parties to agitate their

rights before the competent Civil Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police will have nothing to do with the dispute between the parties and they have to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court. 3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition and it is left open to the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court and in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
