ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the summon dated 08.02.2021 related to the proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.8569 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Gobichettipalayam. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the criminal original petition, Crl.M.P.No.8569 of 2018 has been dismissed by the trial Court on 10.08.2022. Subsequently, the appeal filed against that order before the Principal District Court, Erode, was also dismissed as withdrawn on 22.02.2023.
