C.M.P.No.15887 of 2021 in CMA.S.R.No.79426 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 755 days in preferring the above appeal in CMA.SR.No.79426 of 2021.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the appellant shall not be entitled to interest for the period of 755 days.
3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.
Hence, the delay is condoned. The appellant/petitioner is not entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 755 days.
4.The Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.Rathna Tara when the matter is listed for admission.
