ORDER
This Writ Petition (Crl) has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 7th respondent to consider the representation dated 08.05.2026 in accordance with law and grant police protection to live in her house peaceful secure the end of justice.
2. When the matter is taken up for today, Mr. A. Damodaran, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2026 is pending for consideration. In this regard, they will consider her representation and pass appropriate order after enquiry.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2026 and pass appropriate orders after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order
