The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 5(l) read with 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.08 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.19538 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022. However, due to his physical and mental sufferings, he was not able to produce the sureties. Hence, this petition.

3. When the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail, the 2nd petition for anticipatory bail cannot be maintained and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 18.07.2023 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
