COMMON PRAYER:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings No.6793/2009/A7 dated 28.03.2013 and 12.07.2013 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and further, to direct the respondents to adhere to the first list issued on 31.12.2009 and list dated 28.03.2013 give notional promotion to the petitioner together with all attendant benefits.

adhere to the first list issued on 31.12.2009 and list dated 28.03.2013 and give notional promotion to the petitioners together with all attendant benefits.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a submission that with reference to the rules of seniority and for grant of consequential benefits, on furnishing individual particulars, the case will be considered. Thus, the respondents are ready and willing to consider the individual cases based on the particulars of the employee concerned. This being the proceedings issued by the Government in letter dated 26.11.2021, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievances.
With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
