Respondent Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in proceedings No.E3/79291/2004, dated 01.07.2004 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondent Corporation to fill up the said post by promotion of the Petitioners in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Employees Service Regulations. This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in proceedings No.E3/79291/2004, dated 01.07.2004 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondent Corporation to fill up the said post by promotion of the Petitioners in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Employees Service Regulations. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
