This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case against the accused persons on the basis of the complaint dated 09.06.2019 vide CSR.No.99 of 2019 by the petitioner and to investigate on the complaint of the petitioner in the manner known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
