C.M.P.No.21369 of 2022 C.M.P.No.21369 of 2022 in S.A.(SR).No.83461 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 130 days in representation.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the papers were returned and the certified copy of the Decree and Judgment in A.S.No.19 of 2016 from the Principal Sub Court at Ponneri was obtained only on 23.06.2022. Thereafter, the papers had been represented enclosing the certified copies and there has been a delay of 130 days.

3. In view of the reasons stated, the delay is condoned.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
