For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondent : Mrs.V.Annalakshmi, Government Advocate (Forests).

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 19.02.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
