ORDER

Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. The petitioner claims that he was a successful bidder for one TASMAC Shop/bar during 2019 and the period of bar license expired in 2021. Thereafter, on account of various factors, the petitioner was unable to participate in the tender. It is submitted the tender that was floated also set aside by this Court in its order dated 30.09.2022 in W.P.Nos.27726 of 2022 etc batch.

4. It is submitted that though the bar premises belongs to the petitioner, it is locked and the key is with the respondents, due to which, lot of inconvenience is caused to the petitioner.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if his representation insofar as the return of key is considered by the respondents.

6. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered insofar as the return of key of the bar is concerned, as the property belongs to the petitioner.

7. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.05.2023 of the petitioner insofar as the return of key of the TASMAC Shop/bar is concerned, this exercise shall be carried out by the respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
