Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to award two marks, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 5.11.2012, relating to the Teachers Eligibility Test conducted during the year, 2012.

3. In view of the fact that the test had been conducted during the year, 2012, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
