ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 24.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC, in Crime No.2313 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had snatched 5 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail from 24.06.2021. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are five previous cases pending as against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are five previous cases pending as against the petitioner and considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
