The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 376, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of I.P.C. in Crime No.06 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that petitioner's son and the defacto complainant loved each other and on assurance he had misbehaved with the de-facto complainant without her consent. Now, petitioner's son refused to marry her. Further, all the family members opposed their marriage and also hiding the son. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother of A-1 and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is ready to comply with any condition that may be imposed on her. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that out of love affair, de-facto complainant and petitioner's son went to temple T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

CRL.O.P.No.15095 of 2024 dsn for getting married, at that time other accused persons 2, 3 and 4 waylaid them and abused and got separated and that A-1 is not yet arrested. However, petitioner is hiding her son and abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language. He further submits that A-1 is still absconding. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and that A1 is still absconding, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
