This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that there are two complaints pending against this petitioner before the second respondent and the complainants are Suresh and Raja Manohari. The petition enquiries were conducted and the same have been closed.
