This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence of imprisonment passed in C.C.No.132 of 2021 dated 02.02.2023 pending on the file of the Principal Special Judge, EC & NDPS Court, Chennai and to release the petitioner on bail pending the criminal appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
