Seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider and permanently post the petitioner as Staff Nurse in the vacancy available at Thirunagar ESI Dispensary, Madurai, taking into account her family situation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2026, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. The respondents 2 and 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
