ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant an ad interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgment and decree dated 27.10.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet in O.S.No.44 of 2012 pending disposal of the above first appeal.

2.It is seen from the records that service has been complete in the Appeal Suit and this Court by order dated 07.09.2020 has granted stay of passing of final decree alone.
