When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Kallakurichi District, in D.O.No.C2/18/2023 dated 25.06.2023, the petitioner has been detained as "Bootlegger" as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
