2. On 16.09.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and submitted that no instructions from the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and also directed the Registry to list the matter today, under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Even though the matter is posted today (18.09.2019) for dismissal, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent alone present.

4. Hence, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.09.2019 vrn To The District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam.
