Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2017 based on the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent vide letter No.A3/9281/2017 dated 05.06.2017 and letter No.A3/9281/2017 dated 22.02.2018 and thereby direct the respondents to revise the petitioner's appointment as Junior Assistant with effect from date of appointment (viz 23.04.2013) further direct to provide subsequent promotions by taking into account of his service rendered in the cadre of Office Assistant with effect from 23.04.2013 with back wages and other monetary benefits.
