9. Mythili ..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madathukulam Taluk and the Tahsildar, Madathukalam Taluk, the
respondents 3 and 4 herein to take necessary action to repair the damaged underground pipelines running through the properties comprised in S.Nos.55/2A1, 55/2A2, 55/1A and 55/2A3 situated at Thungavi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District so as to restore the water supply for the irrigation of the land comprised in S.No.55/2A3 situated at Thungavi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District belonging to the petitioners 2 and 3 herein and further directing the Inspector of Police, Madathukulam Police Station, the fifth respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to carry out the said repair works based on the representation dated 04.03.2026 sent to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madathukulam Taluk, the third respondent herein and the reminder dated 07.05.2026 sent to the Tahsildar, Madathukulam and the Inspector of Police, Madathukulam, the fourth and fifth respondents respectively by the third petitioner herein, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2026 and reminder dated 07.05.2026 and further direct them to repair the damaged underground pipelines running through the properties comprised in S.Nos.55/2A1, 55/2A2, 55/1A and 55/2A3 situated at Thungavi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District and restore the water
supply for irrigation of the land comprised in S.No.55/2A3 of Thungavi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Notice to the private respondents is dispensed with since no adverse orders has been passed as against the private respondents. 3.
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.03.2026 and 07.05.2026, after hearing the petitioner as well as the private respondents and pass appropriate orders and take necessary steps to restore the damaged irrigation pipeline and water supply for irrigation of the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.55/2A3 of Thungavi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
