This Court while passed the final order in Crl.A.No.506 of 2020 dated 08.01.2021, directed the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri to complete the trial in S.C.No.104 of 2017 and dispose the same within a period of six months.

2. Now, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, vide letter dated 06.07.2021, seeks extension of time to comply the order of this Court in Crl.A.No.506 of 2020 dated 08.01.2021.

3. Accordingly, time is extended till 08.10.2021 to complete the trial in S.C.No.104 of 2017 and dispose the same.
