Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 5th respondent Additional District Judge Fast Track Court No.2, Cuddalore dated 29.08.2003 made in LAOP No.1 of 2002, quash the same and direct the 5th respondent to proceed with the reference in accordance with law after impleading the petitioner as party.
