2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2015, with respect to mining operations and quarry operations in S.No.243/1 of Chinnaghoundanur Village, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2015 with regard to mining and quarry operations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
