Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a direction to the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court-II, Kancheepuram to dispose of the I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in O.S.No.21 of 2022 as early as possible on merits. ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court-II, Kancheepuram to dispose of the I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in O.S.No.21 of 2022

2. The facts of the case is that the Respondent herein has filed suit in O.S.No.21of 2022 before the Principal District and Sessions Court-II, Kancheepuram against the petitioner and two others to declare the sale deed dated 13.03.2014 is not valid and not binding on the Respondent/Plaintiff as the same was obtained by fraud and undue influence. Thereafter, the petitioner filed I.A.No.1 No 2022 in O.S.No.21of 2022 to reject the plaint on 18.11.2022. However till date there is no progress in the said I.A and the same is pending. Hence the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to dispose of the same the same.

3. In view of the above, the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court-II, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in O.S.No.21 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
