Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal during the time of admission.

2. The petitioner is working as Village Assistant. He was placed under suspension pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. The petitioner was subsequently reinstated in service. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he was not paid full Subsistence Allowance for the period from 1.4.2009 to 1.1.12010. Similarly, he was not paid the Subsistence Allowance for the period from 2.10.2010 to 11.11.2013. The petitioner submitted a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.01.2015, requesting the third respondent to pay him the arrears of Subsistence Allowance. Since follow up action was not taken by the said authority, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.01.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
