.. Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to make lease agreement of the said canteen directly with the petitioner.

The petitioner is a sub lessee. He claims that he is running the canteen.

The respondents have put a counter lock over the canteen. Thereafter, the petitioner's shop was locked. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint / representation on 07.12.2018.

2. It would only be proper that the respondents answer the said complaint/representation by clarifying the status of the petitioner. It would only better that the respondents pass an order after following due procedure on or before 31.01.2020.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
