ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to consider the representation of the representation dated 14.02.2024 for removing the dotted lines in the FMB Sketch on the Eastern side of North South of petitioner's Survey Number comprising in S.No.770/1C5, 770/1C4, 770/1C3 situated at Mottarathi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District within a time bound manner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners along with one Sulosana, who is the wife of the second petitioner are the absolute owner of subject agricultural land and the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of their land. The further case of the petitioners is that during UDR Scheme the respondents committed mistake by drawing lines on the eastern side of the North South boundary belong to the petitioner. In this regard, they had given a representation to the respondents to rectify the mistake in the FMB sketch. But the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.02.2024 and pass on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
