The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the show cause notice issued by the respondent to impound the passport.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the court that, vide proceedings dated 30.06.2023, the respondent has already impounded the passport. 3.The above submission is hereby recorded. The petitioner is now required to work out his remedy within the scheme of the Passports Act, 1967. 4.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
