ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 498 A, 406 of IPC and Section 9 of POCSO Act.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with correct crime number.
