3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about more than 76 years. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal.

4. As per the E-Court status, the case is pending from the year 2014. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
